The app and its operator

LittyUp provides alarms, wake-up challenges, optional Screen Time protection, and an optional private mugshot gallery. The app is operated by LittyUp. Contact us at contact@littyup.app.

Using LittyUp

Use the app lawfully and only on devices you are allowed to control. You are responsible for choosing alarm times, checking that required permissions are enabled, keeping the device charged and audible, and keeping another wake-up method where missing an alarm could cause harm. Operating systems, power settings, permissions, and device state can affect alarm delivery and Screen Time restrictions. No alarm or blocking feature is guaranteed to run at an exact time or under every device condition.

Optional features and your content

Morning mugshots require your opt-in. You control whether to save or share a revealed photo. Only capture and share images you are entitled to use. Screen Time protection is also optional; it may restrict apps and websites you select until its window ends or you end it through the available controls. Your early-end reasons and other app records are stored locally as described in the privacy policy.

Stars and accessories

Stars and companion accessories earned or selected in the app are virtual features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. They are stored with your local app data and may be lost if that data is removed.

Subscriptions and billing

An active subscription is required to activate and run alarms and Protection. LittyUp offers auto-renewing subscriptions for the features described on the purchase screen. That screen shows the subscription name, what it includes, its duration, its full price in your local currency, and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm. Payment is charged to your app store account when you confirm the purchase or, if an eligible free trial applies, when the trial ends. An eligible subscription automatically renews for the same period at the displayed renewal price unless you cancel before renewal. Trial eligibility and any introductory offer are determined by the app store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; deleting the app does not cancel billing. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an eligible purchase made with the same store account. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store’s rules and applicable law.

App stores and license

If you download LittyUp from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app license unless a separate EULA is presented in the store. These terms supplement that license and do not take away rights you have under applicable law. The store operator is not responsible for providing LittyUp support.

Availability and changes

We may update the app, change features, or stop offering it. We will give notice when required by law. Features may vary by operating system, device, permissions, and region. You can stop using the app at any time and remove it from your device.

Responsibility and legal rights

LittyUp is a planning aid, not an emergency or safety-critical alarm service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by missed alarms, unavailable restrictions, device failures, or data lost from a device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
